Description
This compound can be used to produce hydrophilic SAMs. SAMs terminated with carboxylic acids can be further modified with various amines and alcohols to introduce more complex end groups (R. G. Chapman, et al., J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2000, 122, 8303).
